When you call us we will ask you for the phone number(s) from which you're going to access the Internet. Your DSL package options will depend on two things: One - The distance between your location and the telephone company's central office (CO), and the quality of your phone line. Our Sales rep. will let you know which DSL package(s) you qualify for so you can choose the package that's best for you.
DSL does have a distance limit. In general, the maximum range for DSL without repeaters is 5.5 km (18,000 feet). As distance decreases toward the telephone company's central office, the data rate increases. If you live beyond the 5.5 kilometer range, you may still be able to have DSL if the phone company has extended the local loop with optical fiber cable.
Before calling for DSL, please verify your computer complies with the minimum system requirements - if you need assistance with this you will need to refer to the original documentation that came with your computer, or else contact the computer manufacture's technical support line.
The pricing of DSL depends on the type of service that you select. Select a DSL package from the select list, at the top of this page, for prices and options. |
